Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a business intelligence analyst with a strong analytical approach to projects and excellent communication skills who is excited to work with stakeholders across multiple departments to help provide them with digestible data. You'll be working on a small team and should be proactive and self-directed with excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks.

• Provides reports and analytics utilizing data modeling, SQL, and other data manipulation tools. This includes:
• Data-centric regular reports (forecasts, etc.)
• Analyzing data to determine the company’s needs
• Aiding in data efforts to optimize operations
• Summarizing data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Leverages knowledge of business intelligence and analytical thinking to inform data interpretations and report requirements. Seeks to maintain and grow knowledge of company operations to aid in analytics.
• Independently manages assigned tasks and proactively identifies projects in the absence of priority requests.
• Through effective communication and project management skills, ensures projects are done on time and to the requested specifications. Works effectively with the team and manager to make course corrections as needed.

• Clear communication with stakeholders and coworkers; we're looking for someone who is adaptable, independent, and comfortable problem-solving and collaborating with dozens of colleagues
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Google Sheets
• Interest and ability for self-directed, proactive learning of new skills as required for the role
• Familiarity with SQL
• Strong analytical thinking abilities

• One year of business analysis experience
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
