Design is Nice, but Received Two Damaged Shirts
The design of the the shirt is nice, but it arrived damaged. There was a large spot of glue or something on inside of the left shoulder. Contacted Customer Support and received a replacement with the exact same spot of glue (albeit a smaller amount this time) in the exact same spot on the shirt. Contacted Customer Support to report the second damaged shirt, twice, and never heard anything back this time. So while the design is nice the shirts are being damaged somewhere in the process and no one appears to be fixing the actual problem.

Oversized on skinny female
I usually buy a medium. I am about 5'7", maybe around 110lbs. I should have looked at the size chart because it is very oversized. Mostly too long. I have to roll up the sleeves. Otherwise, a nice long sleeve t-shirt. Thicker material than usual on a long sleeve tee. Nice graphic. Love the charms on the sleeves. Comfortable.

Beautiful design, soft, but slightly uneven seams
Absolutely love the design, it's gorgeous and there's so many intricate details! The charms on the sleeves are probably my favorite part. Its quite soft and comfy, the only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 review is that the seams on the shoulders seem to be slightly uneven and makes the right side shoulder and arm a bit uncomfortable :( they just don't sit quite right, but it's still a really nice shirt and I like it
